Each session is capped at 20 photos and 10 videos (60 seconds max per video), with no monthly caps at account level. Free users can manage up to 10 patients and up to 5 sessions per patient; to add more sessions, delete older ones or upgrade to Pro or Teams. Pro and Teams support unlimited patients and unlimited sessions per patient.

How does PixioDoc handle privacy and security?

PixioDoc is built for healthcare privacy workflows. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access can be controlled by role with activity tracking for accountability.

Can I share patient progress with colleagues?
